Their time, input, and collaboration have helped shape the proposal we’re now ready to share with the full membership.</font></p> <p><font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We’re now ready to present the final proposal at a Town Hall meeting:</font></p> <p><font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Monday, May 11 at 7:00 PM</strong><br> Dunedin Community Center – Elliott Room (Pinehurst Road)</font></p> <p><font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">This meeting is very important. We will be voting at our General Membership Meeting on&nbsp;<strong>May 19</strong>&nbsp;on whether to move forward with establishing this 501(c)(3). The Town Hall is your opportunity to fully understand the plan before that vote.</font></p> <p><font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We will also be posting the bylaws for the Dunedin Coastal Community Foundation on our website for your review. You’ll find them under the&nbsp;<strong>“About Us”</strong>&nbsp;tab, then&nbsp;<strong>“Charitable Giving.”</strong>&nbsp;From there, click the link and the bylaws will open. This should be live by tomorrow.</font></p> <p><font color="#000000" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">The evening will include a brief&nbsp;<strong>20-minute presentation</strong>, followed by&nbsp;<strong>Q&amp;A</strong>. Our goal is to keep this discussion informative, respectful, and productive.
