Come join us at the DBC Clubhouse for a fun evening of events including watching the Kentucky Derby!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

  • Party will last from 5:00 PM until Sundown
  • Derby Stick Horse Race Contest
  • Sing Along to "My Old Kentucky Home" 
  • Best Kentucky Derby Hat Contest
  • The Kentucky Derby Race begins at approximately 6:45 PM - Watch the most exciting 2 minutes in sports on our Clubhouse TV

CONTESTS WITH PRIZES (NOTE:  MEMBERS ONLY FOR CONTESTS):

  • Best Kentucky Derby Hat 
  • Best Decorated Stick Horse
  • One other TBD Contest

OUR HOST:

ATTENDEES:

    • DBC Members and Invited Guests

  • IMPORTANT NOTE:  Due to the popularity of this event, each adult member may invite a maximum of ONE GUEST - See Guest Fee info below.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Complimentary Mint Juleps and Mojitos will be served
  • Beer and wine - Each adult attendee will receive 3 beer/wine drink tickets

WHAT TO BRING:

    • Dress in your finest Derby Clothes
    • Bring a stick horse to compete in that contest
    • Bring a dish to share for Derby Potluck  
    • Bring your own chairs

EVENT FEE:

    • MEMBERS:  FREE to DBC Members.  
    • GUESTS:  There is an $10.00 fee for Invited Guests.  Payment is online only.

REGISTRATION:

    • Please register so we have an accurate headcount and can plan accordingly.  To register, please click on the blue "Register" button on this page to register yourself and any guests you may be bringing.
    • EACH Member in a Family Membership will need to register separately.
      • NOTE:  When registering and bringing guests, enter the number of ADDITIONAL guests you plan to bring.  DO NOT include yourself in the guest count.
