  • PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE:  So we have an accurate headcount and can plan accordingly, please click on the blue "Register" button on this page to register yourself and any guests you may be bringing.
  • BRINGING GUESTS?  When registering and bringing guests, enter the number of ADDITIONAL guests you plan to bring.  DO NOT include yourself in the guest count.
  • BRINGING CHILII?  When registering, please indicate if you plan to bring a chili for the competition.  That way we know how many outlets are needed for crockpots / warmers people may bring.  
  • REGISTRATION CUTOFF DATE:  So we have an accurate headcount, registration will end one day before the event.
  • REGISTRATION MAXIMUM:  The maximum number of registrations for this event is 100 people.  If the maximum is reached, you have the option to add your name to a waiting list.

  • This is always a fun event and gets everyone in the Holiday Spirit!
  • A speciality drink will be served!

  What to Bring:

  • Bring a dish to share.
  • Bring any holiday decorations you no longer use.  Ours are in short supply!  Please make sure the decorations are in working order.

  • This event is typically our largest event of the year and is always a fun evening! 
  • Put on your favorite holiday duds (or Santa costume) and join us for a fun evening of food, music, dancing, and socializing.
  • DOORS OPEN AT 7:00 pm
  • BRING A DISH TO SHARE
  • BRING YOUR OWN CHAIRS:  While we have a lot of chairs at DBC, this is our biggest event of the year. If you have  folding/collapsible chairs, we suggest you bring them.
  • MUSIC:  
  • SANTA COSTUME CONTEST:  There will be a contest for the best Santa Costume.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE ON DATE:  To avoid conflicting with other downtown events (Lighted Boat Parade and Downtown Holiday Parade), we have scheduled the Holiday Party for Friday, December 8th.  This event is NOT be the same night as the Lighted Boat Parade.

  GUEST POLICY:

  • To allow more members to attend and avoid the oversubscription, we have instituted the following guest policy for this event:
  • • Family Memberships:  Family members are not permitted to bring guests.  Each member of a Family Membership should register separately.
    • Single Memberships:  Single members are permitted to bring a "plus one" guest.  The guest fee is $15.00.

  Hosted by The International Order of Blue Gavel, our annual Change of Watch is an opportunity to thank and honor the current DBC Bridge and Board, and welcome the newly elected officers for 2025.  Annual awards including the "Member of the Year" will also be presented.  Enjoy great food, dancing, and a fun time with your fellow Dunedin Boat Club friends.

  Come Celebrate with the winners and participants of DBC’s 40th Annual Dunedin Cup!

  Join us for the after party for the Dunedin Cup regatta.  This is the Dunedin Boat Club's signature sailing event of the year.  You don’t need to be an old salt to join the fun.  ALL MEMBERS and their guests are invited to join us as we celebrate the outstanding captains and crew who make this race such a tremendous success.

  Raffle: A raffle is included this year with the drawing being held during dessert. There will be stations around the clubhouse to view items. Proceeds will be used for Clubhouse improvements.
