Help build this year’s Mardi Gras float!
Our theme this year is "Celebrating the Dunedin Boat Club's Historic Clubhouse!"
The Clubhouse will be the centerpiece of this year's float so the entire community can celebrate this important element of Dunedin's sailing and boating history.
There will be work sessions beginning Saturday, Jan. 18 and every Saturday through March 1 with the exception of a session on Sunday, Feb. 2.
You don't need to sign up, just show up.

Details:
Peter Kolb was promoted to heaven on November 27, 2024. During his lifetime, Peter served his Savior first as a Lutheran Teacher and then, after seminary, as a Lutheran Pastor. He retired from Faith Dunedin after serving a congregation in St. Cloud, FL and Seymour, TN, always sharing the message of salvation. In 2017, Peter enjoyed his last call with his wife Mary and sailed from Dunedin to Grenada on their boat, "Last Call."
Peter was born January 8, 1951, to Erwin and Bernice Kolb who preceded him in death. Peter leaves behind his beloved wife of 52 years, Mary, his children, Paul and Stacy, and his sisters, Kathy Sauer and Denise Kolb. Peter touched many lives, not only as a pastor but as a friend to many in the local boating community, as well as in their extensive travels.
A celebration of Peter's life will take place at 11am Saturday February 1st at St. Timothy Lutheran Church in Tarpon Springs, FL.
Please email mkolb@gotravel.com if you plan to attend so there will be enough sandwiches.
