Over the past few weeks, members of the Bridge & Board, along with our partner organizations, have been working through a series of workshops focused on the formation of the Dunedin Coastal Community Foundation Corporation. Their time, input, and collaboration have helped shape the proposal we’re now ready to share with the full membership.
We’re now ready to present the final proposal at a Town Hall meeting:
Monday, May 11 at 7:00 PM
Dunedin Community Center – Elliott Room (Pinehurst Road)
This meeting is very important. We will be voting at our General Membership Meeting on May 19 on whether to move forward with establishing this 501(c)(3). The Town Hall is your opportunity to fully understand the plan before that vote.
We will also be posting the bylaws for the Dunedin Coastal Community Foundation on our website for your review. You’ll find them under the “About Us” tab, then “Charitable Giving.” From there, click the link and the bylaws will open. This should be live by tomorrow.
The evening will include a brief 20-minute presentation, followed by Q&A. Our goal is to keep this discussion informative, respectful, and productive. We welcome questions and participation, while keeping the tone cordial so everyone can benefit from the conversation.
