Chassahowitzka River in Citrus County

We are going to launch at 10:00am.  The launch spot is adjacent to the parking lot.

This will be an easy, 3 - 3.5 hour paddle. Please bring lunch as we may be able to eat at a lovely spring that we'll paddle to (unless it's too crowded).  I've seen manatees several times while paddling here.

NOTES: 

• Kayak rentals are available.  To rent a kayak call:  352-382-2200
• Park at the Chassahowitzka River Campground.  Parking fee is $5.00
• The launch spot is adjacent to the parking lot
• The event is limited to 15 people.  Once the event fills up, you can add yourself to the wait list during the registration process.
