Cruise to Terra Ceia Bay

The Dolphin Cruising Club of Tampa Bay ( click here) has invited DBC members to join them on their Valentine's Day Cruise. The destination this year is Terra Ceia Bay on the south side of Tampa Bay.

Terra Ceia Bay is a calm, well secluded bay surrounded by mangroves. For more information on Terra Ceia Bay view the information in the DBC Cruising Forum Anchorages page (click here).

Activities will include a group get-together on Saturday evening with light appetizers and BYOB libations either on the host's boat, or via a "dinghy drift".  A "Dinghy Drift" involves all attendees rafting up together on their dinghies in the middle bay to share appetizers and libations.

In order to attend, you must register by clicking on the blue REGISTER button on the DBC website. The Cruising Chair will add your registration information on the Dolphin Club website and provide you additional information as it becomes available. There is no fee to attend this cruise.

The Dolphin Cruising Club of Tampa Bay is a virtual club of sailing enthusiasts. They have no club house or regular meetings. Their membership is comprised of sailboat owners and an occaisional trawler owner who has retired to the "dark side".
