CLIMB THE ANCLOTE KEY LIGHTHOUSE
FOR A SPECTACULAR VIEW OF THE SURROUNDING WATERS!

The DBC Cruising Committee is hosting a day-trip to the Anclote Key Lighthouse April 8, 2023.  

REGISTRATION:

Please register for the event by clikcing on the Blue Register Button so that we have an approximate headcount.

WHAT'S HAPPENING:  

The Anclote Key Lighthouse will have an Open House on April 8 sponsored by The Friends of Anclote Key State Park. The lighthouse will be open for climbing from 10am to 4pm. Enjoy the spectacular view of the surroundings from the top of 110 foot lighthouse after climbing the 123 steps up the winding staircase to the top and get an up-close glimpse of the fourth order Fresnel lens visible for 12 Nm. A $7/person donation to the Friends of Anclote Key State Park is requested and appreciated to climb .

Approximate coordinates: 28-09.90 N  082-50.42 W
Look for the DBC Burgee on Carrie Grimwade's boat.  Anchor near-by and join in on the fun from 11:30 to 4pm.
