We'll try this again in May since April's event was canceled due to wind.

We’ll launch from Coffee Pot Park in St. Petersburg.  We’ll paddle the Bayou out and back, then watch the sunset. This is an easy 2 hour, 3 mile paddle.  I haven’t been here myself, but it is highly recommended and I’m told we stand a good chance of seeing manatees and lots of birds.

If you plan to stay out on the water for sunset, please bring a light (headlamp, pop-up, or even a good flashlight).

Rentals: Good Vibes Rentals will deliver a kayak to Coffee Pot.  Their number is 727-565-6421.

Parking: Parking in the lot is limited but there is street parking.  You may have to drop your kayak and park up to a couple of blocks away.
